When you use ScamCheck without an account, we temporarily process your input to generate a scan result but do not store it. When you create an account, we store your email address, name, and optionally your scan history.

How we use your data

We use your data only to provide the ScamCheck service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use tracking or analytics cookies without consent.

Third-party services

We use Supabase for database and authentication, OpenAI for AI analysis, and Stripe for payment processing. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.

Data retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard settings.
